Air compressor impeller maintenance The impeller of an air compressor is composed of a blade, a hub, a wheel and a wheel cover. When it rotates, the air is compressed under the action of centrifugal force and thrown to the edge of the working wheel, so that the kinetic energy of the air is improved and the pressure is increased. Flow rates and temperatures have increased. The impeller of the air compressor is cast with aluminum alloy and fixed on the rotor shaft with nuts. If there are cracks, cracks or scratches on the blade with the compressor housing, a special dyeing solution can be used to check for cracks. 9. Turbine impeller maintenance The blades of the turbine and the wheel are cast into one body by precision method, and the shape of the blades is generally parabolic or quadratic curve. Because the turbocharger actuator works under the impact of high temperature, high speed and corrosive gas, it is required to have high material strength, high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, and it is commonly cast in heat-resistant alloy steel. Generally, the turbine and rotor shaft are welded as one. Check the damage of the sealing ring groove during inspection. Small grooves or scars are permitted, but deep grooves are not allowed. Grind with a fine emery cloth before new use. Check the scoring on the turbine thrust shoulder; Check the cracks on the turbine impeller with a special dyeing solution. If there is a crack in the turbine impeller, the entire total achievement cannot be used. 10. Journal of turbine rotating shaft After a period of operation, the surface of the shaft is generally discolored at high temperature, and the bearing part is polished. As long as the clearance of the journal is within the specified range and there are no obvious scratches and grooves, it can continue to be used. 11."∨" type stirrup band, thrust plate, bearing body The "V" band can be cleaned and used again if it is not damaged. As long as the axial dynamic clearance is within the specified range, the thrust plate is not scratched and the step groove can continue to be used. The floating bearing inner hole of the bearing body generally does not wear due to sufficient oil supply, and does not need to be replaced as long as there is no obvious scratch after disassembly. |
