Construction machinery supercharger working environment and maintenance methodsEngineering supercharger is the use of engine exhaust gas to drive the turbine. No matter how advanced, it's still a mechanical device. Because it often works at high speed and high temperature, the exhaust gas turbine end temperature of the supercharger is above 600 degrees, and the speed of the supercharger is also very high. Therefore, in order to ensure the normal operation of the supercharger, it is very important to use and maintain it correctly. We should mainly follow the following methods: 1. After the car engine starts, do not step on the accelerator, and the total speed should be three minutes. This is to increase the oil temperature, improve the flow performance, get the turbocharger well lubricated, and then you can increase the engine speed and start driving. This is especially important in winter, when it takes at least five minutes to warm up the car. 2. After the engine has been running at high speed for a long time, it cannot be turned off immediately. The reason is that when the engine is working, a part of the oil supplies the lubrication and cooling of the rotor bearing of the construction machinery supercharger. When the running engine suddenly stops, the oil pressure quickly drops to zero, oil lubrication is interrupted, and the heat inside the turbocharger cannot be taken away by the oil. At this time, the high temperature of the turbocharger part will be transferred to the middle, and the heat inside the bearing support housing can not be quickly taken away. At the same time, this causes the turbocharger shaft to "bite" between the bushings, damaging the bearing and shaft. In addition, when the engine is suddenly turned off, the temperature of the exhaust manifold is very high, and its heat will be absorbed into the turbocharger shell, so that the oil staying in the turbocharger will boil into carbon deposits. When this carbon accumulation is more and more, it will block the oil inlet, resulting in the lack of oil of the shaft sleeve, and accelerate the wear between the turbine shaft and the shaft sleeve. Therefore, the engine should idle for about three minutes before stalling, so that the turbocharger rotor speed will be reduced. In addition, it is worth noting that turbocharged engines are also not suitable for long-term total speed operation, which should generally be kept within 10 minutes. 3. Choose oil must pay attention. Due to the role of turbocharger, the quality and volume of air entering the combustion chamber are greatly improved, the engine structure is more compact and reasonable, and the higher compression ratio makes the engine work harder. The processing precision is also higher, and the assembly process requirements are more stringent. All these determine the working characteristics of turbocharged engines with high temperature, high speed, high power, high torque and low emissions. At the same time, it determines that the internal parts of the engine should withstand higher temperatures and greater impact, extrusion and shear forces. Therefore, when choosing oil for turbocharged cars, it is necessary to consider its particularity. The oil used must have good wear resistance and high temperature resistance, and establish a lubricating oil module with high oil film strength and good stability. Synthetic or synthetic oils can meet this requirement. Therefore, in addition to the original factory specified Z-good oil, you can also choose synthetic oil and other high-quality lubricants. 4. The oil and filter must be kept clean to prevent impurities from entering, because the shaft of the turbocharger has a small clearance with the sleeve. If the lubricating capacity of the oil is reduced, the turbocharger will be prematurely scrapped. 5. To clean the air filter on time to prevent dust and other impurities from entering the high-speed rotating compressor impeller, resulting in unstable speed or increased wear of the shaft sleeve and seal. 6, be sure to check whether the sealing country of the turbocharger is sealed. If the seal ring is not sealed, the exhaust gas will enter the engine lubrication system through the seal ring, making the oil dirty, and the crankcase pressure will rise rapidly. In addition, when the engine is running at low speed, the oil will be discharged from the exhaust pipe or burned into the combustion chamber through the seal, resulting in excessive consumption of oil, "burning oil". 7. Should always check whether there is abnormal noise or abnormal vibration of the construction mechanical supercharger, and whether there is any leakage of the lubricating oil pipes and joints. 8. Construction machinery turbocharger rotor bearing accuracy is high, maintenance and installation of the working environment is very strict. Therefore, when the supercharger fails or is damaged, it should be repaired at the designated repair station, rather than the ordinary repair shop. 9. To keep the air filter clean, compared with ordinary engines, turbocharged engines have higher requirements for cleanliness. If impurities enter the compressor impeller, the speed will be unstable or the bushing and seal wear more serious. 10. Keep engine oil clean. Turbocharged engines require a lot of oil and must be kept clean. In addition, if the oil deteriorates, it should be replaced in time. Otherwise, the lubricating ability of the oil will be reduced, resulting in damage to the turbocharger bearing due to insufficient lubrication, increasing maintenance costs, and even leading to premature scrapping of the turbocharger. 11, construction machinery supercharger for turbocharged engine, start is not good, immediately out. After the engine starts, the total speed runs for a period of time, so that the lubricating oil can fully lubricate the bearing and play a good role in protecting the engine. In addition, after the engine has been running at high speed for a long time, the engine should be turned off after 3-5 minutes of total speed operation. Otherwise, the engine oil trapped in the turbocharger can overheat and damage bearings and shafts. |
